Conditions for reimbursement

You have the right to a full refund of all items in "Prompt Delivery - Blue Label" present on our site, and on all items ready for delivery in "Special Offers" of the Red Label or Black Label line.

If you are not satisfied with the item, fill out the Return Approval form to request a refund, and send it to: ordini@narsilion.com stating the reason why you want to return the item. Fill in the refund request within 30 days of the order being shipped.

If the return is due to defects on the garment, the return shipment will be at our expense: if you live in Italy you will be sent the waybill to attach to the package and our UPS courier will pick it up where you prefer. For EU and non-EU countries, you will be reimbursed for shipping costs based on the standards shown in the Return Shipping section.

In case of rethinking the shipment will be at your expense (see Shipping Returns section).

You will be reimbursed within 7 working days from receipt of the returned item using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, if possible (Credit Card on website, PayPal) or, at your choice, with a coupon to spend on our site. For payments made by bank transfer or POS, we will ask you to add the bank details in the refund request.


Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

For all customized and customized items of the Red Label and Black Label lines (or in the case of customizations and embroideries requested on a ready-to-wear item), there is no right of withdrawal (for orders made to measure and completely customized, the "Article 59 of the Consumer Code -" Exceptions to the right of withdrawal "- notwithstanding Articles 52 to 58 of the same Code), except for causes attributable to production errors (see Repackaging & Modification). For this reason, we invite you to enter your measurements with the utmost precision in the order form and to modify them in the event of changes in the subsequent patterns. For the Red Label line items you can find, referring to the "Narsilion Size Chart", the references related to our sizes, with measurements of comparison with the national sizes of the main countries of the world. Be very careful to choose the right size and request your customization if you believe that the standard sizes do not fit your needs. For the Black Label line, complete the "Taylor forYou" order form, following the information in our tutorial or by having a trusted craftsman help you.


Reimbursement in the event of damage caused by washing is at the complete discretion of BDM design & consulting S.r.l. Our fabric experts will assess whether the damage was due to a wrong wash or a fabric defect or trimmings. To request the return / refund after the first wash, copy the Return Approval form.


Repackaging or Modification

We are certain that your custom-made garment will dress you perfectly and if there were any changes to be made, you will have a punctual and attentive after-sales service that will guarantee you the ideal fit.

The repackaging or modification is aimed at achieving a perfect fit, therefore, the customizations chosen by the user cannot be modified in any case.

If you feel that your boss needs small adjustments, you can come directly to our Atelier (by appointment), or send us your suit by accurately indicating the touch-ups you need with the help of a trusted artisan. In the event that the changes are indicated by you and not evaluated by our craftsmen, they will be performed as indicated, but any right of withdrawal on the dress will be lost if they do not prove to be valid for the purpose of wearability of the garment. The cost of the modification work will be fully reimbursed with a voucher that can be used for your future purchases.


If the dress in your opinion has defects in the texture or structural imperfections * we ask you to:

Send us at least three photos (front, back and side) in which the inaccuracy in wearability or stitching is visible.
Communicate with precision which variations in cm will be made to the garment or go to our Atelier to check the changes with our tailors.
Wait for our customer care instructions to collect the item if it is in Italy. If you are abroad we ask you to send us the garment to our Atelier where it will be modified or repackaged. The refund will be at a standard rate (see Return Shipping).
BDM design & consulting S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse modifications to the item in the event that they can be made by a local tailor at a cost equal to or less than the cost of the shipment (for example in the case of a modification on the edge). BDM design & consulting S.r.l. will refund a sum equal to the standard shipping cost.
In the event that our experts will evaluate production errors that make changes impossible, the garment will be repackaged free of charge.
In the event that the fabric for repackaging is exhausted, you will be asked to indicate an alternative fabric of the same price range.
The repackaging of the garment is valid only for the first garment made of each type. Repackaging of garments subsequent to those already purchased previously will not be carried out, unless they show obvious manufacturing defects or measures other than the first made. (ex: In case the customer, after buying a first shirt, decides to buy another identical one).


Returns Shipping

The item to be returned must be boxed in the original packaging (or similar appropriate to the transport) and sent at its own expense, together with the Returned Approval form, with a traceable shipping method.
For international returns, we ask you to indicate the content as 'Reso' declaring the value of 1 EUR so as to make customs controls easier. All shipping costs and any customs controls will be charged to the customer.

Conditions for returns


To guarantee a high service, BDM design & consulting S.r.l. provides for the withdrawal of the contract, if the packaged item is present: structural imperfections, wearability problems or impossibility of modifications. BDM design & consulting S.r.l., provides for the reimbursement of the amount paid following the fulfillment of the conditions listed below.

The intention to withdraw must be communicated within 30 days of dispatch of the order.
BDM design & consulting S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse reimbursement if the item shows obvious signs of use, damage, washing or items that have been modified in any way.
Any shipment that does not comply with the previous conditions will be returned to the sender (at his expense) without the issue of any refund.
All refunds will be made with the payment method originally used. Purchases made by credit card will be reimbursed on the card used to make the purchase or, at the customer's choice with a coupon of equal value. Coupons or Discount Coupons used to purchase the item will be reimbursed with new Coupons or Discount Coupons to be used for further purchases.
In the case of promotions that involve the purchase of multiple products together, the customer will have to return all the items purchased to receive a full refund. Any items stored will be charged at full market value.
You will be reimbursed within 7 working days from our receipt of the item with the same payment method used at the time of purchase if possible (Credit Card on website, PayPal). Otherwise, you will need to communicate within the Return Form the bank details on which you wish to receive a refund.
The return of the garment is valid only for the first garment made of each type. Returns of items after those previously purchased will not be accepted, unless they show obvious manufacturing defects or measures other than the first one made.

* "Structural imperfections" means all features other than those provided for in the order, or production defects that show differences with respect to common sartorial standards (buttons not at a distance, non-compliant buttonholes, incorrect cuts, etc.). However, since these are garments that are not made industrially, the size and distance values can have a 5% tolerance.

Alternative dispute resolution


According to article 49 paragraph 1 letter V of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code) the customer who intends to resolve a dispute arising with the merchant can use the Joint Conciliation procedure. The Procedure can be initiated if the consumer, after having lodged a complaint with the company, within thirty days, has not received a reply or has received a reply not considered satisfactory by him.
